We are coming to the end of the cycle for plain bicycles where the motorised version will take over. Without determining Demand before Supply this industry died because of Destructive competition without understand human behavior, and Data science. This market will evolved where there will be motorised versions of scooters, bicycles and Personal Mobility Devices where sharing is still possible but with a lesser demand for huge numbers as it s only complimentary to existing transport infrastructure. Likewise TV without Internet will also face the same fate. If you want maximum ROI you must not give consumers too much choices until it eats into your bottom line when supplying a range of too many products. Use data to find out where the demand is and sell as many as you can. You must understand everything has a lifespan and a cycle and if you do not have a knowledge of the markets you will lose money until you cannot survive anymore.
