“Could it be conceivable that at one point in the future we could increase the average IQ of the population?” Dr Silva told the MIT Technology Review. “I would not be a scientist if I said no. The work in mice demonstrates the answer may be yes. But mice are not people. We simply don’t know what the consequences will be in mucking around. We are not ready for it yet.”
Testing can be carried out on animals but not humans, as we do not know the results to playing God, not enough is known about gene editing on humans yet, but cognitive experiments to induce higher memory retention can be carried out on humans once safety clearance and it’s effects are known. Having an enlarged brain does not guarantee an increase in brain power, we are dealing with neural transmitters here, stress can be induced to force the brain to handle more but with limits, how we can induce higher capacity to handle more processing power by fiddling with gene sequencing, it may not be the answer, you might create a monster instead. There is a way to study humans with brain diseases and their DNA with a corresponding gene sequence might yield the results you want. I am capable of finding any answers in the world you want as long as there are reports available online for me to do my own research to bring you closest to all the unsolved mysteries in this world, because I can find all the paths to the Truth, and what the Future holds. All I need is to observe, test and probe to research on anything I want, what you need to do will take months to achieve, all I need is a few hours.
