Be careful of signing up $0 plan with Circle.Life they got problems with their app that anyhow charge you for Boosts and Auto Renew. Now I got a bill for S$325 for December 2018 and January 2019. They dun even send you your bills for the second line. Nothing they did from support resolved the problems. I am going to dispute the bill and pay only $56.64 and warn everyone about it. They still want to dispute when it shows clearly in the billings. The entire both month’s billings is filled with Auto Boosts which shows it is a technical problem, not usage problem. And still their Technical Support will block you for non payment of bill instead of resolving the issue.
Biggest problems. Your app still got bugs not resolved. It does not support multiple accounts. Billings for second accounts onward are not existent. Your Support personnel never resolves issues but drag problems, neither do they report problems with your system.
Please check all my correspondence with your Support Engineers Matt and King about my complain about your app making illegal deductions from my DBS savings account via credit card. I have not agreed to pay $100.77 for my December 2018 bill as most are Auto Boost renewal charges.
