Goals, Tasks Manager, Steps, Priority and Resources

The Habit

It’s actually really simple to combine goals and task managers. You just need to know one specific habit and how to review your goals. This is the habit: before you use your task manager, review your big goals. You need to break everything down to simple tasks that will help you achieve your goals in steps, so you know all the necessary steps to take.

Of course without knowing your goals it’s hard to prioritize and to figure out what the most important next step is. Even with a little context you would still not figure it out.

Do you then know what to prioritize? Then you also need to match with your resources, and make sure the resources are available to meet your tasks required in your steps. With a very clear roadmap of what to do daily, weekly and monthly, you will never lose sight of your goals, and will definitely achieve them based on a TimeLine to ensure success. For simple programming I will create a Tree view with branches and link it to a calendar and appointments. The ability to add photos and videos, hyperlink, tag, and embed Memo/Notes. Hint: Anyone capable of writing a software for it? It will definitely out sell Office productivity software you bet. – Contributed by Oogle.
