A New market for Digital painting, where the image will last forever

Digital painting is an emerging art form in which traditional painting techniques such as watercolor, oils, impasto, etc. are applied using digital tools by means of a computer and software, a graphics program offering a virtual canvas and painting box with a large amount of brushes, colors and other supplies. The box contains many instruments that do not exist outside the computer, and which give a digital artwork a differt look and feel from an artwork that is made the traditional way. In less than 10 years, digital painting will overtake traditional painting, and will also sell for millions at art auctions, where traditional painting will rot and spoil, digital painting will last forever.

Marta is a long-standing Deviant Artist. She is 22 and from Poland, and she has been with DeviantArt since early 2003.
